Transportation Forms

Dear Parents,

Just a reminder that April 1st is the New York State Education Department deadline for parents to submit Bus Transportation Requests to their home school district for school bus transportation to private schools for children in grades K-8.

Important information to use when completing the "Transportation" form:

2024 School Start Date: Tuesday, September 3, 2024

In addition, you will need to register your child in your home school district in order for the Bridges academy to obtain textbooks for the 2024-2025 school year. Please call your district office and ask them what they require for registration.
