Bus Transportation and Textbook Forms
Dear Parents,
April 1st is the New York State Education Department deadline for parents to submit bus transportation requests to their home school district for bus transportation to private schools (within 15 miles) for children in grades K-8.
Important information to use when completing the transportation form:

In addition, you will need to register your child in your home school district in order for The Bridges Academy to obtain textbooks for the 2024-2025 school year. Please call your district office and ask them what they require for registration.

School Uniforms
We ask that all students are dressed in compliance with our uniform policy and only approved items are purchased. Please feel free to contact Patty Blackler at 631-358-5035 with any questions concerning our uniform policy.
For the 2024-25 school year:
~ Students will not be changing for Physical Education. Therefore, parents need not purchase a PE uniform. Activities will be done within their normal dress code (polos, etc.), and sneakers (preferably black, brown or navy blue with non-marking sole) are allowed to be worn every day.
